In Opportunities we have combined the Offers and Commissions tabs and now submit Commission Requests for accepted offers. In this way, if a deal falls through you can submit a Commission Termination Request, start creating new offers, and submit a new Commission request when ready.
This is early beta access content, part of the WinMORE Sunset initiative. Only associates in Market Centers that have been given early access will see the functionality shown below.
Submitting a termination request should only be done if a deal fully falls through. Terminating the Commission will cause you to have to create a new offer from scratch and resubmit a new Commission Request.

Once you submit a Commission Termination Request, your Market Center compliance team will be able to confirm the termination and handle the Transactions (CommandMC) side of things. While that happens, you will be able to change the response of the old offer, create and accept a new offer, and submit a new Commission request.
To submit a Commission Termination Request for an Opportunity:
1. Log into https://agent.kw.com with your Keller Williams login credentials.
2. Click the Opportunities icon, , on the left sidebar.
3. Click on the phase, where your Opportunity is located, then click on the Opportunity Title.
- If this is a team Opportunity, make sure you select the team pipeline and find the team Opportunity to create the offer for.
4. Click the Offers & Commissions tab, at the top of the Details page.
5. The system should load you right into the Commission Request. If you land on the Offers screen, click View Commission.
6. At the bottom of the Summary, on the right side of the page, click Request Termination.
- The best practice is to add a note around why you are requesting termination, in the Notes to Market Center section (below this button), before sending the request. This gives your MCA background information and context for the termination approval process.
Once submitted, you will see the status of the Commission Request change to Termination Requested. While in this status, you can create new offers, but will not be able to approve listing offers until your MCA fully terminates the Commission Request, which will change the status to Terminated.
