After an agent created listing collection has been created it can be edited users can remove contacts and listings from it at anytime. Users can also assign additional contacts and additional listings to a Collection after it's been created.
To edit Listing Collections for your KW App and Site:
Access
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your Keller Williams login credentials.
2. Click to access the Listing Applet, , on the left side of the page.
3. Click the Collections tab at the top of the page.
4. Click the ellipses icon, , beside the desired collection and select Edit Collection.
Manage Listings
1. To remove listings from the Collection, click the checkbox beside the desired listing(s), then use the Select Bulk Action drop-down to select Remove from Collection.
2. To add new listings to the Collection, click Add Listing.
3. Use the filters, search and sorting to find and select the listing(s) you want to add, then click Save Collection.
Manage Contacts
1. To remove contacts from the Collection, click the checkbox beside the desired contacts(s), then use the Select Bulk Action drop-down to select Remove from Collection.
2. To lick the Select Bulk Action drop-down and select Remove from Collection.
3. Find and select the contact(s) you want to add to the Collection, then click Assign.
- Use the search to find specific contacts to add to the Collection.
- You can also filter contacts by clicking the Tags button then check the box beside the desired tag.
Delete Collections
1. Click the ellipses icon, , beside the desired Collection and select Delete Collection.
2. A confirmation will appear, click Yes.
