Before you can start using the KW Team App, you first need to ensure you Upgrade to the New Agent Site Experience. Also, you must have created your KW Team Site, then team members with Enhanced or Unlimited permissions have the ability to manage the KW Team Site, and you will have access to start sharing out the KW Team App. |
Once you upgrade to the New KW Agent Site Experience and then create your KW Team Site, you will be able to share a unique link to your KW Team App that will ensure any leads are automatically sent to your team contacts database.
To Share your branded Team App Using the Command App:
1. Log in to the Command App with your KW login credentials.
2. Tap your profile picture, at the top left of the screen, and select Share my KW App Link.
- It doesn't matter whether you have your personal or team account selected when you do this.
3. You will either see one or two sharing options, depending on if you are the Rainmaker of the team or not. Select your sharing option, then tap Continue, at the top right of the screen.
-
<Team Name> App Link (Rainmaker Only) - this is a general Team App link. The Rainmaker will be notified about the new lead, but the system will use Lead Routing to automatically assign the lead to a team member. If there is no Lead Route set up to route Team Site/App leads, it will be put in the Unassigned Lead Pool.
-
- See the bottom of the article of a list of lead sources you need to take into account when setting up a lead route for the KW Team App/Site.
-
- My Unique <Team Name> App Link (All Team Members) - this is a link unique to you. When someone uses this link on a mobile device, they will download the KW Team App, with you as the agent selected (once they create an account and log in). You will be connected to all of the contact forms and any new leads will pull in to the team Command account, with you as the Assignee.
4. This will open your standard device sharing options, where you can select how you want to share.
- When sharing, keep in mind that the goal is to get the client to click on the shared link, on their mobile device. That will prompt a download to the App, then they will need to either log in or sign up for an account. Once they are logged in, they will see your branding and it will be connected to you (and you'll capture the lead, if it's a new registration).
When using the Team App Link (the generic Team App URL), you will need to have a Lead Route set up to route those leads. The Lead Route a lead is sent to is based off of the lead sources set up in the Lead Route. The KW App/Site has a few different lead sources, from different sections of the Site/App (and Landing Pages/Open House Pages) that you need to take into account when creating a Lead Route for this:
