KWIQ uses artificial intelligence (AI). Any text or materials generated by KWIQ should be reviewed for accuracy and reliability as there may be errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You should exercise caution and independently verify any information or output generated by KWIQ and you should apply your own judgment and critical thinking when interpreting and utilizing the outputs of generative AI. Do not share any confidential, sensitive, or personal information with KWIQ. |
KW associates now have the ability to utilize KWIQ, our KW AI chat, to ask questions about KW models and systems (MREA, Shift, The One Thing, and all of our KW Books), Ignite content, Value² content, content from KW Playbooks, and Command. You can access KWIQ from either the Command Homepage, or any page in Connect. Once you access, you can ask questions about KW content and get relevant answers, though there are some limitations like KWIQ not being able to analyze your specific business or answer questions that don't have clear-cut answers.
Good Example Questions:
- What is the KW Lead Generation Model?
- What are the 3 "L"s in MREA?
- How can a new agent get started in real estate?
- How can I host a successful open house?
- How can I import contacts into Command?
- How do I create a social design in Command?
Examples of Questions KWIQ Cannot Answer:
- Questions that require Math: “What is my conversion rate?”
- Questions that involve someone’s specific business: “Who is the hottest lead in my database?”
- Questions that don't have clear-cut answers: "When will interest rates drop this year?"
To utilize KWIQ in Command or Connect:
1. Access either the Command Homepage, or any page in Connect.
2. At the bottom right of the page, click the KWIQ icon, , to access the chat.
3. You will see the chat modal appear, enter your prompt/question and click Send.
Once you send your prompt/question, you will see the AI start to generate an answer (unless it is not able to answer - this is a work in progress that will get better with time).
4. At the bottom of the response, you will see a place where you can let our team know if it gave a relevant answer or not (Did you find this response helpful?), it is important that you give this feedback so we can focus on wrong answers and teach the AI.
5. Once you've started asking questions, you will see a history of questions you have asked (History tab) and can access those answers in the future (you can also delete past questions here). Also, while you are in your current session, each question you ask will get it's own tab for easy access.
Once you close the chat, the specific questions tabs will go away, but you will still be able to access them on the History tab.
