Neighborhoods are a big focus in Command and across the Keller Cloud ecosystem. We have now added the Neighborhood Map, which used to only be available when adding neighborhoods to contacts within a contact record, where you can add neighborhoods to multiple contacts at a time, as well as view/share comprehensive Neighborhood Explore pages from your Agent/Team Sites (these are the neighborhood pages used with the Neighborhood Nurture SmartPlans).
To use the Neighborhood Map on the Command App:
Access
1. Log in to the Command App with your KW login credentials.

If you are on a team and want to use the team side of the Command App, tap your Profile Picture, at the top left of the screen, then ensure your team is selected.

2. Tap the menu icon, , at the bottom right of the screen, and select Map. The map will appear, zoom in to the desired area close enough for the white neighborhood labels to appear, tap a neighborhood, and you will see three options:
Add Neighborhood to Contacts
This allows you to add the neighborhood to any number of your contacts, which will then show on the Saved tab on their Site/App account, and it will be included an any Neighborhood Nurture SmartPlans sent to the contact, in the future:
1. Tap on the Neighborhood, choose Add Neighborhood to Contacts, then select any number of contacts and Save.
View Neighborhood Details
This will pull up this neighborhood's Explore page on either your Agent or Team Site, depending on which account you have selected on the Command App (personal or team). This page will give you great market stats, a listing search, and more neighborhood details:
1. Tap on the Neighborhood, choose View Details. You will then be taken to the Neighborhood Details page, on your phone browser.
Share Neighborhood Details
This allows you to share this neighborhood's Explore page of either your Agent or Team Site, depending on which account you have selected on the Command App (personal or team). This page will give whoever you share it with great market stats, a listing search, and more neighborhood details. It is also a great way to get more signups on your Site or App:
1. Tap on the Neighborhood, choose Share Details. You will see all of your device's normal sharing options, which you can use to share the link of the page.
