We're thrilled to be bringing you the most powerful release of KW Team Sites to date. The reimagined Sites are packed with innovative features built to perform above and beyond the platform you already know, so you can streamline your workflow and boost productivity.
Before you start customizing your new KW Team Site, you first need to ensure you Complete your Team Marketing Profile and create your KW Team Site. Once you do this, you will see a new navigation in the Consumer Applet, in Command, and you will be able to follow along with this article. |
We can now edit the KW Team Site Homepage within Command, in a new, streamlined workflow. This makes it easy to get your Site launched cleanly, and quickly. To edit your KW Team Site Homepage in Command:
Access
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. Click your name, at the top right of the page, and ensure that your team is selected, not your personal account.
3. Click to access the Websites Applet, , on the left side of the page.
4. On the Team Websites tab, click the Edit Team Site button.
5. On the left side of the page, click Homepage.
As you start editing the Homepage, you will notice the preview on the right side of the page. As you start making changes, you will need to click Publish to actually see the changes you made, in the preview. |
Banner (Hero Image Section)
1. In the Banner section, you will see the defaults for the hero image section of the homepage. Here you can edit the images in the Banner Image carousel, either adding new images, or removing existing images. You can also edit the Headline/Title text, which appears above the search bar, on the homepage.
- For the best results, use images with a minimum width of 1920px, smaller than 20MB, and 8:3 image size ratio.
- You can only add up to 5 images to the Banner Carousel.
- If you need to reset to the default images, you can use Expert Mode to do this.
Featured Properties
1. At the top of the Featured Properties section, you can click the Hide/Unhide icon, , to choose whether you want this section to appear on your homepage. You can also edit the Headline/Title and Description text.
2. Next, enter the criteria for featured listings to automatically pull on to your homepage. Enter a Center Point (address, zip code, specific park or business name), an Auto-Populate Radius (use the sliding scale), and select a Listing Prices range (use the sliding scale).
- For more detailed options around Featured Listings, you can use Expert Mode to control which listings show up in this section.
Testimonials
1. In the Testimonials section, you can click the Hide/Unhide icon, , to choose whether you want this section to appear on your homepage. You can also edit the Headline/Title and Description text.
- By default, this module won't show up, since you won't have any testimonials published and we won't display a blank section on your homepage.

Blog List
1. In the Blog List section, you can click the Hide/Unhide icon, , to choose whether you want this section to appear on your homepage. You can also edit the Headline/Title and Description text.
Publish Changes
1. Once you finished making edits, click Publish, at the top right of the page.
