Our websites and tools are built using the technology best fit for the job. Try it on a more compatible browser: Sometimes KW Technology will work better depending on what browser you are using. Google Chrome (from versions 76.0.3809.132 and newer) is typically the best browser to use for all KW Software, including Command. Apple Safari is generally the worst. You may get better results for some legacy software, like the online 411 and service areas, while using Opera or Internet Explorer as your temporary browser. Due to Microsoft discontinuing Internet Explorer, this browser is unfortunately no longer supported. For the best experience in Command, we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome.
Clear Cookies and Cache
Oftentimes, internet browsers will save information for websites that you visit often in order to reduce the amount of load time next time you visit. The information saved is referred to as cookies and the location in which website information is saved is called your cache. This can become problematic if the browser caches a website that is experiencing an issue because, even if the issue has been solved, the cache will continue to show the error. In order to resolve this, you will need to clear your cookies and cache. Below we have provided a few links that explain how to clear cookies and cache on various browsers:
Effect of clearing cache and cookies: Keep in mind that clearing your cache and cookies erases your settings for websites. Here are some examples:
- If you opted to have sites remember your username and password, they will be cleared from your browser's memory when you clear cache and cookies, and you'll have to sign in again.
- Websites might load a little slower because all of the images and content pieces have to be loaded from scratch.
If you're still seeing problems in how webpages are displayed in your browser we also suggest...
