There is a setting in the KW Whitepages profile that controls whether an agent will show up on KW.com or not. This will also affect the agent search for the KW App as well.
Follow the steps below to check that setting:
1. Login to http://mykw.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. Click Profile, next to the profile picture.
3. At the bottom of the profile, ensure that the field titled "Display Profile on KW.com" is set to Yes.
4. Click Save, if you changed the setting. That change should take around 10 minutes to update on the KW.com and KW App agent search.
