The Database Health and Activity Reports are a great way to get a good overview of how many leads/contacts you have, how much detail you have gathered and added in Contacts, and how often you are systematically communicating with them.
These reports refresh every 1-2 hours in Command. So, if you add new leads, contacts, data or activity engagement in Command, give the system some time to process before checking to see if the report has updated. In between the Database Health and Activity reports, there is a "Last Update" section which will show when the report was last updated.

There are options for Rainmakers to view stats for the entire team database as a whole or individual agents on the team. There are also toggle buttons to allow anyone viewing the report to see how their stats measure up to agents in their Market Center, state, or even against agents in the top production bracket.
To access and use the Database Health and Activity reports:
Access
1. Log in to http://agent.kw.com, with your KW login credentials.
2. Click the Reports icon, , on the left sidebar.
By default, you will see your Reports dashboard where this report is located.
Teams
1. To see the team version of this report (Rainmaker), click your name, at the top right of the page, and ensure that your team is selected, not your personal account.
2. Once you have selected your team, the production numbers on the Reports dashboard will update. You will then be able to use the filter drop-down to switch between all team members and each individual team member.
Database Health
The database health score looks at the amount of information you have for all of your leads and contacts. It calculates the score based on whether the contact/lead has the following information:
- Name - 20%
- Phone Number - 20%
- Email Address - 20%
- Physical Address - 20%
- Social Media Profile - 4%
- Tags - 4%
- Lead Source - 4%
- Birthday - 4%
- Work Information - 4%
The more information you have for each contact/lead, the higher the score. When you see the color green, that indicates over 50% of your contacts/leads have that information added, while red indicates under 50% of your leads/contacts have that info.
1. Use the Compare toggle button to compare your database health metrics with other groups of KW agents.
2. Use the drop-down box to choose who you want to compare your score with. The comparison percentages will show up in gray, next to your percentages.
Database Activity Score
The Database Activity Score section gives you a percentage of contacts/leads that you have reached out to in the past 0-30 days, 31-60 days, 61-90 days, and 90+ days.
1. Use the Compare toggle button to compare your database health metrics with other groups of KW agents.
2. Use the Filter by drop-down to focus on a single type of activity, or use the comparison drop-down to choose who to compare your score against.
