Log In
1. Open your internet browser and navigate to https://agent.kw.com.
2. Once you are at the login screen, log in with your KW login credentials (these are the same login credentials you use to log in to https://mykw.kw.com and https://kwconnect.com).
- The username is not set up to be an email address by default (though you can edit it to be an email address). Usually it is set up as a combination of your first name and last name: paul.polansky, ppolansky1, etc.
3. Once you successfully log in, the system might send a security code to the Password Recovery Email on file in your KW Profile (MyKW section), within Command. Enter the security code you were sent, then click Validate.
- Security Codes are valid for 15 minutes. If it has taken longer than 15 minutes to receive your code, please return to agent.kw.com and click forgot password one more time again to receive a new code.
- Security Codes are case sensitive. Best practice is to copy and paste the code from the email into Command.
- Don't forget to check SPAM and TRASH folders if you don't see the email with your verification code.
4. Click Return to Login Page, then log in again. You will now be able to access Command.
- You will not be prompted to do this if you use the same device in the same location again.
- If you change locations or internet access, this may trigger a new verification.
Reset Your Password

1. If you have forgotten your password, select Forgot Password, below the Sign In button.
2. Enter your KW Username, then click Send Request.
If you do not know your KW username, click Trouble With Username?, below the "Send Request" button. This will enable you to enter the Password Recovery Email on file in your KW Profile (MyKW section), within Command.

3. Once you enter your username and send the request, the system will send a security code to the Password Recovery Email on file in your KW Profile (MyKW section), within Command. Enter the security code you were sent, then click Validate.

Encountering an Error at this Step?

Security code expiration:
If you enter a code and see an error message stating, "There was an error validating the security code" or the code has expired, this is due to the security time limit on each code. To resolve this error:- Click Cancel and close the window
- Open a new Chrome Incognito window, then navigate to agent.kw.com
- Click 'Forgot Password' and request a new code. Do not refresh or click Back on the browser page. Try to immediately copy and paste the new code into the login browser, then proceed with setting a new password.

If you are redirected to a blank window or a generic error message:
- Log out and close all open browsers linking to Command, MyKW or KWConnect, across all devices, e.g. desktop, laptop, phone and tablet. A reboot may help in this scenario as well.
- Launch a new Chrome Incognito window, then navigate to agent.kw.com
- Click 'Forgot Password' and request a new code
- Do not refresh or click Back on the login page. Try to immediately copy and paste the new code into the login page, then proceed with setting a new password.
- Note: Chrome Incognito works best to resolve these issues, but clearing your cache and cookies in a regular Chrome window, or trying in a different browser altogether (Firefox, Safari, etc.) may prove successful if the above steps fail.
4. After entering the security code correctly, you will see the screen below, click the Reset Password button to proceed.
5. Create a brand-new password for the account.
To ensure the security of your KW account, it's essential to create a strong password that is not easily guessable. Follow these guidelines to create a strong password:
If you don't meet these guidelines when creating a password, you'll receive an error message. Take a moment to review and adjust your password following the guidelines above for better security.

Once the password is successfully reset, you should be able to log in with your new credentials immediately.
