- Check if the contacts have a first name. (this is a KW Command requirement)
- If the avoid duplicates feature is enabled, check if the contact has an email address.
- Check if the Piesync rules are set up correctly. Point two of our troubleshooting article provides an example.
If all of the above is correct, the Piesync engineering team can troubleshoot.
For this, we need a few example email addresses of contacts that aren’t syncing.
