This is happening because the browser you are using to access the internet is "caching" the blue, "Activate eEdge Now!" image. When you visit a website or use an app on your phone, specific data is cached in the device memory. This can include HTML pages, images, files and Web objects. The reason this happens is to make that specific page load up faster the next time you visit the page on that device.
We need to log out of myKW, then clear the cache and cookies from the browser you are using to access myKW. Each browser has a different process for doing this, so click on the corresponding link to find the correct process:
Microsoft Edge / Internet Explorer
A quick shortcut for this is to pull up your browser and use a quick keyboard shortcut. Press Shift+Control+Delete for Windows users or Shift+Command+Delete for Mac users. Depending on the settings you have turned on, this should bring up an option to clear the cache and cookies.
Once you clear the cache and cookies from your browser, log back in to myKW and you should see the "eEdge Control Panel."
