When you are finished editing your print or social design, in the print and social marketing design editor, not only can you utilize the design in Command, but the editor will give you a few options for sharing, saving and downloading as well.
To learn more about how to save, download, and share your design, from within the design editor:
Title and Save
1. At the top of the page, enter a title for your design. This field will auto-save once you click out of the box.

2. As you are working on your design, periodically click File at the top left of the page, then click Save which will save the design in your design library.

3. If you want the system to automatically save your work as you make changes, click File, then select Use auto-save.

Download
1. Click the download button, , at the top right of the page. This will bring up some options:
JPEG
- Adjust the quality of the download by moving the image quality indicator to left or right for a low or high quality image.
- Click Select pages, which will allow users to select which page of the design they want to download, if there is more than one (this is important if you are downloading a listing presentation, buyers consultation, or quarterly magazine).
PNG
- Click the checkbox beside Transparent background if you want the background to be clear.
- Adjust the quality of the download by moving the image quality indicator to left or right for a low or high quality image.
- Click Select pages, which will allow users to select which page of the design they want to download if there is more than one.
PDF Standard
- This is an option to use if the design you are downloading is very simple, with no graphics that will be printed later. The quality will not be good enough for a postcard or detailed presentation, but is a smaller file size if the design is mostly text.
- Click Select pages, which will allow users to select which page of the design they want to download if there is more than one.
PDF for Printing
- Click the checkbox besides add crop marks, if desired (these are lines printed in the corner of your PDF that tell the printers where to cut - it's recommended to only use this option after consulting with your local print shop).
- Click the checkbox besides Include Bleed, if desired. This helps to avoid white gaps when printing to the edge of the paper. You will then see options to set a custom bleed, or for the system to automate this (when downloading a design to utilize with a KW direct mail campaign, the 15x default bleed is the option you will need to choose).
- Click the checkbox besides Download as CMYK, if desired. This means that primary colors used for the printing process will be Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Key (Black).
- Click Select pages, which will allow users to select which page of the design they want to download if there is more than one.
Download Video
- Click Select pages, which will allow users to select which page of the design they want to download, if there is more than one.
- Click Select Video Format to choose the format for the download. This allows you to choose between an MP4, MOV (Quick Time video), or GIF (not a video, but a moving image) file type.
- Click Select Video Size to choose the size of the video file. You can choose Original, 2K, or 1080p

Share
1. Click the share button, , at the top right of the page. share the customized template via Facebook, Linked In, Twitter, or use the "Project Link" to view a template specific web page. These are mostly editor sharing options, allowing users to share previews without having to download.
