As you purchase products/subscriptions in the KW Marketplace, you might need to cancel a subscription, upgrade or downgrade the package you are signed up for, find more information about the product, or view the order history. Once purchased, there is a page in the Marketplace where you can do all of these things to manage your applications.
To manage your subscriptions in the KW Marketplace:
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your Keller Williams login credentials.
2. Click the Marketplace icon, , at the top right of the screen.
3. Click My Apps, at the top right of the page.
4. You will see a list of your active Marketplace subscriptions, hover over the desired subscription, click the gear icon,, and then click Manage App.
Once you have reached the Applications page, there are a few actions you can take:
Cancel Subscription - cancel a subscription at any time, though there may be a period of time where the cancellation is pending. Generally this will fully process when you would have been charged for the next monthly payment. While the cancellation is pending, you have the ability to continue using the service, and you will be able withdraw the cancellation to continue the subscription if you change your mind.
Overview - This is where you can find the product description as well as the Support email for the product.
Update Subscription - use this tab for subscriptions with different package options. Here you can either upgrade or downgrade your subscription.
Order History - The Order History tab will show information like when the service of the product started, subscription status, total fee of the subscription, and other information as well.
