As you purchase subscriptions in the KW Marketplace, you might need to cancel a subscription. You can do this at any time, though once you cancel, you will lose all of your credits (Twilio and Command Email) and lose service immediately. There are no refunds for cancellations.
- If you find that you have too many Twilio credits, but still want to use the service, you have the ability to send a request to put your account on hold. This lets you continue to use the credits you have, while paying $1/month and not accruing new credits.
To cancel a subscription in the KW Marketplace:
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. Click the KW Marketplace icon, , at the top of the screen.
3. At the top right of the page, click Profile icon, .
4. On the left side of the page, click Subscriptions.
5. On the right side of the page, click Manage Subscriptions.
6. Find the subscription, then click Manage this Subscription.
7. Click Cancel Subscription, at the bottom of the page.
8. A confirmation will appear letting you know you will immediately lose service, credits and benefits, with no refund. Click Next.
9. You can enter the reason for the cancellation (optional), click Cancel Subscription.
