Within Opportunities, Keller Williams has created an entire offer management system. When you enter offers into the system we will be able to use that data to help improve your future offers, through reports and insights. Once you have multiple offers, you can manage these by editing, comparing, sharing and ultimately accepting or rejecting.
To learn more about managing offers, follow the steps below:
1. First, you need to get to the Opportunity that has the offers you want to share. From the Opportunity pipeline, click on the phase, where your Opportunity is located, then click on the Opportunity card.
2. At the top of the Opportunity Details page, click Offers. You will then see the offers you have entered below.
3. To compare offers, check the box next to each offer you want to add to the comparison, then click Compare Offers.
4. You will see the offer comparison on this page. Choose to either Download or Email Offer Comparison.
Once you click Download, a live web page is generated with the offer comparison. From the live web page, you should see options to download and print at the top right of the page, but this is dependent on the browser you are using to view the comparison.
Email Offer Comparison
Once you click Email Offer Comparison, complete the form by entering the Email Address you are sending to, a Subject Title for the email, and the Email Message.
You also have the option of adding an attachment and sending a copy of the email to yourself.
