With the KW Marketplace, you will have two or more account options available depending on your role within your Market Center or if you are on a team. That being said, you will want to make sure your personal account is selected, where you will purchase products for your own use. If you select your team or Market Center account and try to purchase a product or subscription, that product will not function properly in your Command account. The team and Marketplace options are options being developed for future iterations of the Marketplace, but is not ready yet. Ensure that you select your personal account, and purchase the product directly.

There are three possible account options:
Personal Account
The to use in the Marketplace is your personal account. If you want to purchase a product or subscription for your own personal use, ensure your name is selected, at the top right of the page. When you select a product to purchase, you will see a Buy Now button to start the purchase process.
Market Center (Do Not Use This Option)
All associates will see this option. If you try to purchase a product with this account selected, you will see a Request Access button and won't be able to purchase the product for yourself. If you click the Request Access button, a notification will be sent to your Market Center Leadership letting them know that you want the Market Center to purchase the product on your behalf. This is functionality that is being built for future iterations of the Marketplace, but is not ready yet. Ensure that you select your personal account, and purchase the product directly.
Teams (Only Use With Team Specific Products)
Rainmakers
As a Rainmaker of a team, if you try to purchase a product with this account selected, you will see a Buy Now button, and this would purchase the subscription for your team Command account.
- Right now, the only products in this category are Conversion Monster for Teams and API Nation for Teams.
Member Agents
As a member agent on a team, if you try to purchase a product with this account selected, you will see a Request to Buy button and won't be able to purchase the product yourself. This is functionality that is being built for future iterations of the Marketplace, but is not ready yet. Ensure that you select your personal account, and purchase the product directly.
