To learn how to change the roles of users in your team or market center within the KW MarketPlace, please follow these steps:
1. First you will need to access the MarketPlace, to learn how click here.
2. After you have accessed the KW Market Place, select the account option for your team or market center.
3. Once you have accessed the correct account option, click Account.
4. After you have reached the Account page, click Users at the top of the page.
5. Select the user you will be changing the role for, then select or deselect the roles for the user, and click Save Changes.
6. After a pop-up window appears, click Yes to confirm the changes.
You will see a message appear confirming that the changes have been saved.
