Command has a toggle button built into the Marketing Profile, which allows agents to quickly revert to a totally unbranded version of their site, if they ever notice that their site is not compliant. If this toggle button is turned off, the site will not even feature the agent's name. If you ever notice that your agent site is unbranded and not showing the changes you made, turn this toggle button on, and the changes will appear within the hour.
In order to get the branding to show up, follow the steps below:
1. Click on your name, at the top right of Command, then choose Settings.
2. Click Connect Settings, then choose Marketing Profile.
3. At the top of your Marketing Profile, ensure that the Use my information to brand my agent site toggle button is turned on.
Once this is turned on, your agent site will show the information you added within an hour.
