While you are managing your Opportunities in Command, you may need to find a specific Opportunity. Instead of combing through your Phases and Stages in hopes of finding the Opportunity you are looking for, you can find the Opportunity using the All Opportunities search page. This search is also the only way to view Opportunities that were closed more than 30 days previously and archived/lost Opportunities.
To learn how to search all Opportunities, follow the steps below:
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your Keller Williams login credentials.
2. Click the Opportunities icon, , on the left sidebar.
3. Click All Opportunities, at the top of the page.
4. You will be directed to a list of all Opportunities that you own or are assigned to. This is the only way to view Opportunities that were closed more than 30 days previously and archived/lost Opportunities.
Search
1. Select how you want to search for the Opportunity using the drop-down beside the search bar. You can search all Opportunities in 3 different ways:
- Address
- Opportunity Name
- Contact Name
Customize Columns & Sort
1. You can now customize the dashboard, by choosing which columns appear or don't appear, and in which order. To do this, click the Customize icon, , at the top right of the table, and use the toggles to turn each on/off.
2. Once you have added/removed the columns you want, you can use the Drag & Drop icon, , on any column, to move it to where you want it in the table.
3. Some columns also have a sort option. Click the Sort icon, , next to an eligible column, to order the data table based off of that columns data. Click it again to sort in the opposite direction.
Filters
1. Click Filter at the top of the page.
2. When the filters fly-out menu appears on the right side of the page, you will see several filter categories you can use:
- Market Center - lists the Market Centers you are actively a part of, select any number of these to view Opportunities associated with the selected Market Center.
- Opportunity Type - select the Opportunity Types (Listing, Buyer, Tenant, and Landlord) to view the Opportunities that fall within the selected types.
- Pipeline Status - lists the Opportunity Phases, as well as Lost and Archived. Select any number of these options to only show Opportunities either in the selected Phases, and/or that are Lost/Archived.
- Contacts - search for and select any number of specific contacts. This will show Opportunities associated with those selected contacts.
- Tags - search for and select any number of specific contacts. This will show Opportunities associated with those selected contacts.
- Owner - (Team Focus) in Team Opportunities, the owner is the Rainmaker of the team. If there are more than one Rainmakers on a team, use this filter to show the Opportunities each are the owner of.
- Assignee - (Team Focus) filter Opportunities based on the team member assignee(s). Keep in mind that there can be multiple assignees per Opportunity.
- Close Date - use the Calendar Widget to select a date range to filter Opportunities based on the Closed Date added to Opportunity Details.
- Created Date Range - use the Calendar Widget to select a date range to filter Opportunities based on when the Opportunity was created.
3. Click Apply when done.
SmartViews
When you use a set of filters often, save that set of filters as a SmartView. This will allow quick access to that set of filters without having to reset them each time:
1. With everything set up just the way you want, click Create SmartView at the top right of the table.
2. Give it a SmartView Name, then click Create.
Now that this SmartView is saved, you can access it easily by clicking the SmartView drop-down, at the top right of the table, and choose it from the drop-down list.
3. At the top of the drop-down, you can click Manage SmartViews. This allows you to select a new Default SmartView, and to Rename or Delete existing SmartViews.
