In Command, Rainmakers have a way to automatically distribute leads to their team members through lead routing. Your Rainmaker(s) can set up one big route, set up multiple routes for different days of the week/times of day, and you can even set up special routes for holidays or specific lead sources.
You will receive an email, Command, and Command App notification when you have a lead routed to you, and you will have a set time frame to claim the lead through Contacts or the Command notification or to pass on the lead.
To claim a lead, you must go to Command:
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your Keller Williams login credentials.
2. Click the bell icon, , next to your profile picture, and you will see the lead notification letting you know that a lead was routed to you. The notification message will show you the amount of time you have left to take action.
3. Click the Claim button, in the notification.
Claim from the Lead Widget
When leads are routed to agents, they will also have the option to pass or claim on the new leads through the Lead Widget on their Command Dashboard:
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your Keller Williams login credentials.
2. On the Command Dashboard, find the "New Leads to Claim" widget, and click Claim beside the lead you wish to be assigned to you. If an agent clicks Pass beside a lead, it will be routed to the next appropriate agent in the lead route.
3. Once the lead is claimed it will be moved to the "Recent Leads" widget and will appear in the team Command account with you as the primary assignee.
Claim From the Lead Pool
If none of the agents in the route claim the lead, the lead will go to the unassigned lead pool, which can be found on your Contacts Dashboard. The leads in the unassigned lead pool can then be manually assigned, or claimed:
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your Keller Williams login credentials.
2. Click your name, at the top right of the page, and ensure that your team is selected, not your personal account.
3. Click the Contacts icon, , on the left sidebar.
4. Above the Name field, click the Lead Pool toggle, to turn the lead pool filter on/off.
5. Find and click on the name of the lead.
6. On the left side of the contact record, click Claim Contact.
Once a lead is claimed, you can always go back to the contact record and send it back to the Lead Pool from the Assignee field.
