In Command, we now have Command Email which is the default service used by Keller Williams to send emails on your behalf from your KW Technology applications. Each user receives 5,000 email sends per month at no charge, though you can upgrade your Command Email subscription, if you need more emails for the month. When you send out automatic emails through SmartPlans, the system will use Command Email to send it. When sending an email campaign through the Campaigns applet, you have the option of using Command Email or MailChimp.
- Once you start getting close to reaching your 5,000 email limit for the month, you will receive notifications to let you know. You will receive both a Command and email notification when you reach 80%, 85%, 90%, and 95% of your monthly email usage.
- If you reach your Command Email limit and upgrade your Command Email Subscription in the middle of a SmartPlan email, any email that was supposed to trigger but failed will not be retried. The failure will be written to the Contact Timeline and the SmartPlan will move on to the next step.
Command Email credits do not roll over to the next month, if you don't use the full 5,000 (or the email limit from your upgraded subscription). If you purchase new credits on the last day of the month, those credits will disappear when the new month starts, and you will start over with the credit amount set for your subscription. |
To update your Command Email subscription:
Access
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. Click the KW Marketplace icon, , at the top of the screen.
Upgrade from the Free Default Plan
1. At the top of the page, click Technology & Integrations, then find and select Command Email.
- You can also just use the search to find "Command Email."
2. Use the Available Plans drop-down to select the amount of credits you want each month, as a part of your subscription.
3. Once you select the plan you want, click Add to Cart.
4. You can continue shopping, but ultimately will need to check out. Read and confirm the Cancellation Policy, then click Check Out.
5. On the right side of the page, you will see the total amount you will be charged, as well as the Recurring Subtotal. On the left side of the page, enter your Payment details, Billing Address, read and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and click Pay Now.
Once you place your order, you will be directed to the order receipt on the next page. You will also receive an email with your order number and receipt. The email will be sent to your @KW.com email, or your "KW Communications Email" entered in your KW Profile (if you haven't created your @KW.com email).
Make Changes to a Paid Subscription Plan
1. At the top right of the page, click Profile icon, .
2. On the left side of the page, click Subscriptions.
3. On the right side of the page, click Manage Subscriptions.
4. Find the subscription, then click Manage this Subscription.
5. Depending on the changes you need to make, take one of the following actions:

Upgrade - use the Available Plans drop-down to select a larger plan. You will see the new monthly subtotal, click Save Changes.

- The payment will immediately charged to the card on file, and you will receive the new total of credits instantly.

Downgrade - use the Available Plans drop-down to select a smaller plan. You will see the new monthly subtotal, click Save Changes.

- Nothing will happen instantly, you keep any credits you had before. When the first of the month comes, you will be charged the new amount, and receive the new amount of credits.

Cancel - click Cancel Subscription, at the bottom of the page, to revert back to the free plan (5000 credits per month).

- No matter how many credits you had before doing this, you will end up with 5,000 total credits, once you do this.
