Why my "Reply-To" email is not displayed in the "From" address on the email that is sent?

When Command Email sends an email on your behalf following information is displayed in the "From" section:

From: “Agent Name” agentKWUID@mailer.kw.com

The Agent Name is by default first and last name and can be customized in settings.

The agentKWUID@mailer.kw.com email address is your unique identifier within Command Email, this email address is used to forward to your Reply-To email the first reply from your contact.

When you receive a reply in your Reply-To address inbox and you reply again to your contact, your Reply-To email is displayed.
