As an agent, it is a best practice to create an account for yourself. This will not only allow you to see the full functionality, but it is essential if you want to share your app from within the app, which is the easiest way to share. If you are not logged in to the app and share it with a client, your app branding will not carry over. |
The KW App is the last piece of the Keller Williams technology ecosystem which connects the consumer and the agent. If you want to share your branded KW App from your mobile device you will need to create an account on the KW App (if you haven't done so yet) or log in to the KW App.

To create an account and log in to your KW App:
Create an account on the KW App
1. Open the KW App on your mobile device.
2. Tap Sign Up.
3. Enter your first name, last name, email address, password, and tap Next, or use you can use one of the social options (Google, Applet, or Facebook) to sync this login with the login to the chosen social platform.
- If you choose one of the social options, it will take you a workflow where you will give the system permission to sync up these logins. You will then need to use that social option when logging in.
If you previously created a user account for your KW Agent Site, you will be automatically branded to yourself, once logged in. If you just created a new user account, on the KW App, you will now need to use the agent search to brand to yourself:
4. Click Yes, search for my Agent. Next, search for and select your agent, from the results list. Finally, click Connect with Me, and Confirm.
Log in to the KW App
1. Open the KW App on your mobile device.
2. Tap Log In.
3. Enter the login credentials for the account and tap Log In, or use you can use one of the social options (Google, Applet, or Facebook) to login, as long as you signed up with that social option.
