The Social Posts tab is where you can view all of your live, scheduled, and draft social media posts. This is where you can also edit scheduled social posts before it is time to be published.
You have the ability to launch social posts on either Facebook or Twitter, not only to post immediately, but you can also schedule posts for the future. Keep in mind, when posting to Facebook, these will be posted on your Facebook Business page, not from your personal Facebook profile.
To learn how to track and manage social posts, use the resources below:
Access
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your Keller Williams login credentials.
2. Click the Campaigns icon, , on the left sidebar.
3. Click Social Posts at the top of the page.
Navigation
Use the search to find scheduled posts based on the text within the posts themselves.
Use the tab, at the top of the page, to switch between viewing your Live and Scheduled Posts or your Draft Posts by clicking either of the toggles.
Use the Channel Filter to find posts based on their channel (Facebook or Twitter).
View the calendar of the current week, which shows what time your posts will be published and also which social media site it will be posted on. You can use the arrows to switch to previous or future weeks as well.
Along the left side of the page, view individual posts you've scheduled for the week and click to schedule posts for a specific day. Also, you can either edit or delete a post before the scheduled date and time.

Along the left side of the page, you can find suggested quick posts whether it be an image or a video. Click Shuffle, in the Social Posts section, to load a new set of quick posts to choose from.
