MCAs now have the ability to create tags for submitted compliance requests, in Command MC. This will help you filter and search for requests as you need, or to clearly label requests for your compliance team to reference later. You have the ability to create up to 50 tags for your compliance team to utilize in this way.
While only the MCA can create and edit the tags, your entire compliance team has the ability to add tags to and remove tags from compliance requests.

To create and edit tags for compliance:
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. Click your name, at the top right of the page, and choose Settings from the drop-down.

3. On the left side of the screen, click CommandMC Settings, then select Custom Tags.

4. Select your Market Center from the drop-down.

5. Click Create New Tag.

6. Name the tag and choose a color, then click Create Tag.
Once the tag is created, your compliance team will be able to start adding it to submitted compliance requests.

Manage Your Tags
1. Once you have created tags for compliance, you will see the list on this page.
- Use the Edit button to edit the name and color of each tag.
- Select the Delete button if you want to get rid of an unwanted tag. The system will allow you to delete a tag that has been applied to Opportunities, so be purposeful when deleting. Once deleted, there is no way to restore a tag, you would have to recreate and re-add.
