The Market Center Vital Signs report shows key metrics for both agent (total cappers, average number of contacts, etc.) and Market Center (profit, company dollar, etc.) performance, using a point system to help you measure progress. You can use this report to find gaps and target areas that could use improvement.

By default, this report only shows data from the current year. That being said, you have the ability to access archived (older) versions of this report, when selecting the report from the reports menu. Also, if you have roles in multiple Market Centers, regional roles or KWRI access, when you pull Market Center specific reports, you might see data from all of the Market Centers you have access to. Because of that, we created an easy way to use filters, within the report, to limit the data that you are viewing to one region or Market Center only. From there, you would only view, export and print data for the Market Center you are accessing, streamlining the information and making it easier to manage. |
To learn how to access the Market Center Vital Signs report, follow the steps below:
1. Log in to https://mykw.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. From the home page click the Reports link.

3. On the reports page, hover over Reports, hover over Market Center from the drop-down, then select Vital Signs, at the bottom of the second drop-down.

You will then see the report for your Market Center, where you can click on each field and find an individual report for the metrics for that field.
