When you connect your Facebook account to Command, to run ad campaigns or social posts, it not only creates the connection in Command Settings, but there is also a business integration that is set up (automatically) in the back-end of Facebook as well. Sometimes, that business integration is disrupted, causing errors when you try to run a Facebook ad campaign in Command.
If you are getting errors when trying to run a Facebook ad campaign in Command, be sure to confirm that you have yourself set up for success. If you are still running into issues after that then you can follow the steps below to reset the connection and get you back on track:

First you need to disconnect your Facebook account from Command Settings. This will allow you to eventually reconnect the account, which should fix the issue:
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
