If you do not see your KW App URL populated in the corresponding field, that means you have not completed the Agent Sites Kelle Guide. Also if you do not have an Agent role in your KW Whitepages profile, this field will be blank or say "undefined" as well. If you should have an agent role, but don't, contact your MCA for help with this.
- If you do not wish to complete the Agent Site Kelle Guide, you can still populate your App URL.
To populate your KW App URL without completing the Agent Site Kelle Guide:
1. Log in to https://mykw.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. Hover over Home and select Agent Website Admin.
3. Click Section 4.0 and select Section 4.5 from the drop-down.
4. Select your Market Center from the drop-down.
Your mobile app URL will populate and you can begin sharing it with your database.
