With the new KW.com, we wanted to make you as searchable as possible, when potential clients try to find and agent. With that in mind, you can now use the Service Areas field, in your KW Profile, to add to the list of cities, zip/postal codes, or neighborhoods that you service. These service areas also display on your Public Profile, which is what consumers see when they find you using this agent search.
In order to show up on the KW.com agent search, you first need to make sure the "Display Profile on KW.com" toggle, found at the top right of your KW Profile, is set to "Yes." If it is set to "No," then you will not show on the agent search. |
To learn how to add service areas to your KW Profile:
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. Click Your Name, at the top right of the page, then select My Profile.
3. Within the My Profile category, click Edit, at the top right of the About Me section.
4. In the Service Areas field, use the search (city, zip/postal code, or neighborhood) to find the service area you want to enter, then ensure you select the service area from the drop-down of results. This will ensure the service areas are connected to the location results for the agent search, on KW.com.
- These service areas also display on your public profile, on KW.com. If there is a service area that cannot be found by the search, but that you want displayed on your profile, you will see an option to add a custom service area for display purposes.
- Once you add service areas, they will display below the search box, for this field. Click the X, on the added service areas, to remove.
5. Click Save Changes, at the bottom right of the modal, when you are finished.
Once saved, it will take around 24 hours for this to take affect on your KW.com searchability.
