With the new KW.com, we wanted to make you as searchable as possible, when potential clients try to find and agent. With that in mind, you can now use the Service Areas field to add to the list of cities that you service.

In order to show up on the KW.com agent search, you first need to make sure the "Display Profile on KW.com" field, found at the bottom of the profile, is set to "Yes." If it is set to "No," then you will not show on the agent search. |
To learn how to add service areas to your KW White Pages profile, follow the steps below:
1. Log in to mykw.kw.com.
2. Click the Profile link under "Profile Completeness."

3. In the middle of the profile, find the City/Service Areas field and click Add Service Areas.

4. Enter one service area at a time, using city names, then click Submit. You will see the service areas list, above where you are entering them, where you can delete any that you need to edit or remove.

These service areas should be added as a city name, without a state or province designation. This means, you don't want to add "Austin, TX," just "Austin." The search will pick up that city name when searched and add you to the results. |

5. Once you have added all of your service areas, you can close out of your White Pages profile. These service areas save as you add them, so you don't need to go back and save the entire profile.
It will take around 24 hours for this to take affect on your KW.com searchability.
