What happens to my KW email account when I leave KW?

When you join KW, you have the ability to set up a @kw.com Google account. This account includes Gmail (as well as the other Google Apps), which you can use however you want in your business. You are able to create this @kw.com Google account as soon as your new Market Center adds an active role to your KW White Pages profile, and will stay active until those roles are removed.

If you leave your current Market Center and join a new one, there should be overlap, with the new MC adding roles before the old MC removes your current roles. Because of this, there should be no interruption with your @kw.com Google account.

If you are leaving KW, your Market Center will eventually remove your roles, as part of their off boarding process (check with your Market Center to find out what the off boarding process is). As soon as the active roles are removed from your KW White Pages profile:

• You will have a limited time to move any emails, or content from your Google Drive or Gmail account, to another account and then the account will be disabled.
• 60 days after your roles have been removed, the @kw.com Google account will be permanently deleted.
