In Command, we have the ability to launch Facebook Ad Campaigns and to schedule Facebook posts, in the Campaigns Applet. Before you can do this, you must first create a Facebook business page, which these ads and posts will be associated with. There is a separate connection, in Command, for Facebook Ads and Post Scheduling, which will be covered in this article
To connect your Facebook account in Command:
Access
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your Keller Williams login credentials.
2. At the top right of the page, click your Name, then select Settings from the drop-down.

Facebook Post Scheduling
1. In the Social Section of the Connected Apps page, find "Facebook (Post Scheduling)" and click Connect Account.

2. A pop-up will appear. Enter your Facebook login credentials, then click Log In.
3. On the second screen, click Continue to give the Keller Williams API access to this Facebook account, in order to send data from Command to Facebook.
4. Another pop-up will appear, showing the Facebook business pages that are associated with your personal Facebook account. Check the box next to each Facebook business page that you want connected to Command, then click Done.
Facebook Ads Manager
1. In the Marketing Automation Section of the Connected Apps page, find "Facebook (Ads Manager)" and click Connect Account.

2. A pop-up will appear. Enter your Facebook login credentials, then click Log In.
3. On the second screen, click Continue to give the Keller Williams API access to this Facebook account, in order to send data from Command to Facebook.
4. Another pop-up will appear, showing the Facebook business pages that are associated with your personal Facebook account. Check the box next to each Facebook business page that you want connected to Command, then click Done.

On your Facebook Business Page, you must have an Admin Role in order to connect that Page to a Facebook ad in Command. If you created the Facebook Page, you are automatically an Admin, but even if you didn't, you can still be made an Admin manually.
When creating a Facebook/Instagram post in Campaigns, you'll be able to select your business page from a drop-down. |
Connect Additional Facebook Accounts
1.You also have the ability to connect more than one Facebook account to Command. Open Facebook and log out.
2. For either of these connections, click Connect More, to add more accounts.

4. Another pop-up will appear, showing the Facebook business pages that are associated with your personal Facebook account. Check the box next to each Facebook business page that you want connected to Command, then click Done.

On your Facebook Business Page, you must have an Admin Role in order to connect that Page to a Facebook ad in Command. If you created the Facebook Page, you are automatically an Admin, but even if you didn't, you can still be made an Admin manually.
