Once you have published your Facebook or Instagram campaign, your card on file will be charged the full amount of the budget you have set, and you will be sent an email confirming the amount your card has been charged shortly after.
The email will be sent to the email address associated with your Command account. If you don't receive an email in your regular inbox, check your spam or junk folder. If you still are not able to locate the email, you can contact adbilling@kw.com and they will be able to assist you.
