The new Command Email Editor makes it easy to craft HTML emails for email campaigns and SmartPlans. Use the resource below to learn more about this editor and how to use the various content blocks:

Email Template Title - add or edit the title of the email template here, as soon as you click out of this field, it will be saved. | ||||||||

Email Template Optimization - click on each of these three icons to see how your email will look on various types of devices. Make adjustments to each optimization to ensure your email will look good, not matter how they view it.

Editing Options - these options will help you as you edit specific pieces of content:

Preview Options - Click the Options drop-down to either view an in-tool preview, or send an actual test email. Either option will let you see the email with all of the agent merge tags filled with the information from your KW Marketing Profile. |

Save and Exit Options - Click Save to save and continue working on the template, click Save and Exit to save and leave the editor, or click the X for the option to exit without saving. |

Content Blocks - these are the building blocks of your email template. If you want to add a Content Block to your email template, drag it to the section where you want it. See below for more info on each content block: |
Text
Once you drag the text box onto the template, click where it says "Insert your text here" and click the edit icon, , attached to the text box, to open the text editor, on the right side of the page.
In the text editor, you can type out the text you want in the text box, change the font, font size, format the text, hyperlink text, and add merge tags (these merge tags will autofill with information from your Command Marketing Profile, listing information, or a Contact's details).
Click Done, at the top of the text editor, to save.

Image
Once you drag the image box onto the template, a modal will appear, where you can select an image to add. There are three tabs to choose from:
- My Images - this will show all of the images you have added in the Command Email Editor, in the past. Click an image, then click Save, at the bottom of the page.
- Listing Images - this will pull up a listing search. Find the property, click the arrow, to the right of the address, and click a listing photo to display. Click Save, at the bottom of the page to add.
- Add Images - drag and drop an image file or click to browse your computer for the image you want to add. An thumbnail of the image will appear, click the thumbnail, then click Save, at the bottom of the page to add.
Once the image is added, you can click the edit icon, , attached to the image block, to open the image editor, on the right side of the page. Here you have several options:
- Add Alt Text.
- Hyperlink the image to direct to web page.
- Edit the size, border, and position of the image.
Click Done, at the top of the, to save.

Button
Once you drag the button onto the template, click the button and then click the edit icon, , attached to the button, to open the button editor, on the right side of the page.
Here you will be able to change the button text, dimensions, color, border, and position. Click Done, at the top of the button editor, to save.
Legal Header
The legal header is pre-made and is made up of merge tags that pull from your Command Marketing Profile. Use the preview to see the images and information that will autofill, when sent to a client.

Legal Footer
The legal footer is pre-made and is made up of merge tags that pull from your Command Marketing Profile. Use the preview to see the images and information that will autofill, when sent to a client.

Listing Block
Once you drag the listing box onto the template, a modal will appear, where you can select a listing to highlight. Use the search to find the MLS listing you want to add, click the arrow, to the right of the address, select a photo to feature, then click Select.
Here you can replace the featured listing photo, edit the address, listing stats, and add a link to a web address of your choosing. Click Done, at the top of the listing editor, to save.
Event Block
The event block is a pre-made content block that is made up of text boxes, an image, and a button. Once you drag the event block onto the template, click each element and then click the edit icon, , attached to the element, to edit each of these.
Click Done, at the top of the element editor, for each element you edit, to save.

Video
Once you drag the video block onto the template, the video editor will appear on the right side of the page. Here you can add the video share URL, and click Replace to add a video thumbnail.
Click Done, at the top of the video editor, to save.
Market Snap
Once you drag and drop the widget onto the template, you will enter a header for the Market Snap, (Ex: Neighborhood Trends), enter with the postal code of the neighborhood, and select the name of the neighborhood from the drop-down.
Click Done at the top of the page, and the most recent neighborhood statistics will appear.

I would like to add 3 small images side by side in the email editor.
I can only seem to add images below each other. I did notice in the template newsletters, there are "table cell" that sometimes allow a side by side image.
Is there a way to add this to a new email design?
