This functionality is not yet available in Command. This article has been published early so you can learn about it ahead of time.
Command is getting a big overhaul, which will fundamentally change how teams run their business. Previously, personal leads/contacts and team owned leads/contacts were mixed together, and there was no way to standardize the tags, custom fields, SmartPlans, and other models/systems that a team would use, if they could. Every agent on a team has been working things in their own way, or if they were trying to standardize everything, it was very manual and tedious.
Now, we have separated an agent's personal and team Command accounts. This is a work-in-progress, so we are starting with Contacts and SmartPlans, with other applets following shortly afterward. When using the team Command account, you can create team Contact Tags, Lead Sources, Custom Fields and SmartPlans, that your entire team will use. Using this team standardization, we can ensure that everyone on your team is following all of the standards and processes set by team Rainmakers.
Before you jump in to your team Command account, there are some decisions to be made about how you set up your team. Use the guide linked below to help with these decisions:
You now have the ability to set different permission levels, for each team member, which will control what that team member can see and do in the team Command account.

You also have the ability to request changes to your official team roster, in Command as well. Using the Team Management page in Command, you can request team changes, either adding or removing members. These requests will be sent to your MCA and Assistant MCAs, they will make the necessary changes, and then let you know when the changes have been completed.

Outside of your official team roster, you also have the ability to create Guest User Admin accounts, for someone who is not a part of your Market Center, like a virtual assistant.

In Command, Rainmakers now have a way to automatically distribute leads to their team members through lead routing. You can set up one big route, set up multiple routes for different days of the week/times of day, and you can even set up special routes for holidays or specific lead sources.
These lead routes will give your agents the ability to claim leads, though the leads will go to the next agent in the route if they don't claim them in the time you will specify. Any leads that are not claimed by any agent will go to the unassigned Lead Pool.

Teams and Contacts
There is a clear distinction between your team Command account and an agent's personal Command account, this is especially true for your database. In an agent's personal database, they will use their own tags, custom fields, etc., and the team will have very limited visibility. In the team Command account, however, the team's database is streamlined for collaboration. Everyone will use the same team standards (custom tags, custom fields, custom lead sources), and will be able to collaborate using team permissions and primary/secondary assignee fields.

Teams and SmartPlans
In the team Command account, Rainmakers and associates with higher permission levels will create and manage team SmartPlans, which the entire team will be able utilize. All an agent, with standard permissions, has to do is add leads and contacts. In this way, everyone uses the same standards when communicating with their databases.

Teams and Opportunities
With the new team functionality in Command, an important point to keep in mind is that Opportunities is not a part of the new release. There has already been robust team functionality built in, but things like permission levels and switching to the team Command account will not affect this applet yet. That being said, you still have the ability to collaborate in Opportunities and work as a team to service your clients using the standards you have set.
