When the team Command account launches, all Team-owned leads and contacts will migrate over to the Team Contact Database (which ones depends on whether an agent has access to their personal Command account and the new Account field). Although the new Team Contact Tags, Team Custom Fields, and Team Custom Lead Sources will need to be reapplied to these Team-owned Contacts there are some things built into Command that will assist with this transition and some best practices that should be considered.
Legacy Tags, Fields, and Lead Sources
All custom tags, custom fields, and lead sources that were added to Team-owned contacts prior to the launch of the team Command account will remain on the contact in the Team Contact Database. This information will be labeled as "Legacy" on the contact card and will remain on the contact unless it is removed or if the contact ownership is changed to a different team member. Keep in mind that these "Legacy" tags, fields, and lead sources can not be added to other Team-owned contacts. This is meant to be temporary while the new Team Contact Tags, Fields, and Lead Sources are applied to the Team-owned contacts.
