SmartPlans is the applet that allows us to automate our business. Through SmartPlans, you can create custom task checklists, automatically set phone call reminders, send automatic emails and texts, and you can customize the timing of all of this.
Now, we have the ability to create awesome SmartPlans and publish them to the shared SmartPlans Library in Command. Once published, KW associates will be able to see who the publisher is and give published SmartPlans a rating, using a 5 star rating system.
Once you publish a SmartPlan, you have the ability to easily unpublish, and remove it from the library. Keep in mind, when agents download your SmartPlan, they are downloading a copy. Their version will not be affected by you removing it from the Library. When you unpublish a SmartPlan, it does not remove it from your SmartPlans list, only the Library.
To learn how to unpublish a SmartPlan from the SmartPlans Library, follow the steps below:
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. Click the SmartPlans icon, , on the left side of the home page.
3. Click Published, above your SmartPlans list.
4. Find the SmartPlan in the list and click the trashcan icon, , on the right side of the page.
5. Click to Confirm.
It will then be removed from the SmartPlans Library, though you will still have access to it, in your personal SmartPlans list.
