In Command, when viewing a contact there is a timeline displayed that shows all activities that have taken place for that specific contact starting from the most recent event/activity. There are many types of activities/events that can be logged in the timeline of a contact. Use the resource below as a reference:

Ownership Updated | The ownership of the contact has changed. |
Source Updated | The lead source of the lead/contact has been changed. |
SmartPlan Subscribed | The contact has been added to a SmartPlan. |
SmartPlan Unsubscribed | The contact has been removed from a SmartPlan. |
SmartPlan Ended | The SmartPlan that the contact was subscribed to has ended. |
Neighborhood Not Found Error | The (SmartPlan Name) SmartPlan could not deliver the Neighborhood Snapshot email because a neighborhood was selected on the contact card. |
Text Sent | The Twilio text message was delivered to the recipient successfully. |
Text Reply | The recipient of the text message has replied to the text message that was sent to them. |
Text Undelivered | The Twilio text message was not successfully delivered to the recipient. |
Invalid Email |
The (SmartPlan Name) SmartPlan could not deliver an email to the contact because the email address (email address) is invalid. |
Blocklisted Email | The (SmartPlan Name) SmartPlan could not deliver an email to (contact name) because Command Mail has blocklisted (email address). |
SmartPlan Email Delivery Error | The (SmartPlan Name) SmartPlan could not deliver an email to (contact name) because Command Mail returned an error. |
SmartPlan Email Account Error |
The (SmartPlan Name) SmartPlan could not deliver an email to (contact name) (email address) because Command Mail returned an error. Please validate the contact email address and ensure your Command Email is configured properly in your Command Settings. |
Agent Site Registration |
The contact has created an account on an agent site. |
Logged Out of Agent Site |
The contact has logged out of the account associated with the agent site. |
Neighborhood Landing Page | The contact viewed the neighborhood landing page. A link to the landing page will be displayed. |
Neighborhood Viewed | The contact viewed a neighborhood on a KW Site or an Agent Site. A link to the neighborhood will be displayed. |
Viewed Collection | The contact viewed a collection. A link to the collection will be displayed. |
Edited Collection | The contact added a listing(s) to the collection. There will be a link displayed that will show the listing(s) that have been added to the collection. |
Viewed Listing | The contact has viewed a listing(s). A link to the listing(s) will be displayed. |
Favorited Listing | The contact has favorited a listing(s). A link to the listings that were favorited will be displayed. |
Saved Search | The contact has created a saved search. A link to the saved search will be displayed. |
Contact Requested a Video Tour | The contact has requested a video tour of a listing. A link to the request will be displayed that will show the address of the listing, preferred timeframes, for the tour, preferred video platforms, and a note that was left by the client. |
User Contacted Agent | The contact found a listing on either the Agent Site or KW App and clicked "Ask an Agent". Once they fill out the form and submit it, that message along with the listing will be displayed on the timeline of the contact. |
Contact Marked Guide Step Complete | The contact has completed a Consumer Guide Step on either the KW App or Agent Site. The Guide Step that was completed will be displayed as well. |
