The new Connect includes traditional course content, on-demand training, training articles, how to videos, and much more. Within the Learning Applet you can bookmark content that you find so you can view it later and then remove it once you have completed it. You are also able to download course content as well and view it outside of Connect.
To access and get started with Connect:
Access
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. Click Connect at the top of the page.
The Learning Applet
1. Click the Training applet icon, 
, on the left sidebar.
Learning Home
When you first access the Learning Applet, you will be directed to the Learning Home page. Here is where you will see various topics and categories displayed that you can explore. You will also be able to easily access any content or topics that you have bookmarked. Any videos that you were in the process of completing will be displayed here as well.
My Learning
The My Learning section, is where all the content you have bookmarked will be displayed. This is helpful for flagging content you want to view, as you are browsing. You can also access content here that you are in the process of viewing, like videos you are halfway finished watching, and there is a tab for content you have completed or finished viewing.

Browse All
The Browse All page is where you can look through broad groups of Categories and Topics to find content. Within each topic group you can find videos, documents, and course materials that are all based on the topic type.

The Events Applet
The Events applet features KWRI in-person Learning Center or KWRI hosted events, and features the virtual classes hosted by KWRI as well. Here, you can find upcoming trainings, view details, and ultimately register for the events.
