Command users are able to use Zapier to assist with their business needs. Zapier is a tool used to connect different applications to each other and transfer information between them automatically. Within Zapier, users are able to create a Zap(s) which is an automated process/workflow that connects different applications together and/or services together. In order to be able to create a Zap, the application(s) must be connected to Zapier. Connecting the application(s) to Zapier before creating the Zap gives Zapier the permission to access the data within the application(s).
