In Command MC, Market Center or Regional leadership can create customized Command MC SmartPlans for recruitment purposes. When creating the Command MC SmartPlan, it can be as short as one day or it can go on for up to a year. The creation of a Command MC SmartPlan is just like the creation of agent SmartPlans in Command. However, during the creation of the Command MC SmartPlan, the author will have the opportunity to designate or assign staff member roles to certain MC SmartPlan steps (Phone calls, text messages, tasks, and emails).
To create a custom Command MC SmartPlan:
Access
1. Log into https://agent.kw.com with your Keller Williams login credentials.
2. Click Command MC at the top of the page.

If you have Regional and Market Center roles, click your name, at the top right of the page, and ensure the correct profile is selected.

Currently all SMS/MMS messages will be converted to a task and will be located in the Tasks applet, for Recruits, within the Other Tasks section.
