Everyone organizes their database in unique ways. Because of this, Command gives you the ability to create Referral tags for your Referral Network.
Referral Tags work much like Contact and Opportunity Tags, but are exclusive to only the Referral Network in the Referral Applet. This will allow users to organize & manage their Referral Network database in any way they choose.
Adding Referral Tags to Referral Network
To learn how to access and create the Referrals Tags, please follow the steps below:
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with KW login credentials.
2. Click on Referrals Applet.
3. In the Middle of the page under 'My Referral Network', click '+' blue plus sign, click 'Add Tags
4. Type in desired 'Tag' name. To save Tag, click 'Plus Sign' when done.
5. Referral Tag is now created and ready to be applied!
Remove Referral Tags from Referral Network
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your Keller Williams login credentials
2. Click on Referrals applet.
3. Under 'My Referral Network', select the 'x' on Referral Tag(s) you wish to remove.
