When you create a Loop from within an Opportunity, by default you are the only person added to the Loop. This means your team members will not be able to access the Loop and they will not be able to even bring completed documents into the Command Compliance Checklist, from the Loop.
|
If you are not sure who created the Loop for this Opportunity, access the Opportunity Timeline. This will show you who created the Loop and will include the time and date of the Loop creation. |
That being said, we now have a way for those team members to request access to a Loop and for the Loop owner to grant that access. This will allow the team member to access the Loop through their personal Dotloop account, and to bring completed documents into the Command Compliance Checklist, from the Loop.
To learn how to request and/or grant access to a Dotloop Loop:
Request Access
In this section, the person who needs access will request access through Command:
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your Keller Williams login credentials.
2. Click the Opportunities icon, , on the left sidebar.
3. From the Opportunities Dashboard, click on the phase, where your Opportunity is located, then click on the Opportunity Title.
4. Click the Documents tab, at the top of the page.
5. From here, you can access the request link a couple different ways. Click Sync Transaction, Go To Transaction, or click Add a File on a checklist item and select Dotloop as the source.
6. A message will appear letting you know that you need permission to access. Click the link labeled Send an access request.
A message will appear at the top of the page, letting you know that the request was sent. The Loop owner will then need to take action to give you access.
Grant Access
In this section, the person who created the Loop will respond to the access request, and send a Loop invitation to the requestor:
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your Keller Williams login credentials.
2. Click the notifications icon, , at the top of any page in Command. Find the Dotloop Access Request notification and click the link in the message.
3. This will open the Loop in question. Scroll down to the People section and click Add Person.
4. Complete the form, then click Add Person, at the bottom right of the page. The fields below are required, everything else is optional:
- Name
- Email address
- Check the Add to Team checkbox
- Select a Role
Accept Loop Invitation
In this section, the requestor will need to accept the Loop invitation in Dotloop, there are two places you will have to accept:
1. Once added, that person will receive an email notification and a banner at the top of their Dotloop account, which they will see as soon as they login to Dotloop, letting them know. Click Manage Invitations.
2. Click Accept.
3. Now, the requestor has access to the new Loop, but not full access. Go to the Loop that you were granted access to.
4. At the top of the Loop, you will see a banner letting you know that the Loop owner wants to give full access to the content in the Loop. Click Accept.
Now, the requestor will have full access to the Loop and to be able to use the connection between Command and Dotloop, for this Opportunity.
