Can I receive a paper copy instead of digital?
Associates have the option to change their OPT IN status online. Please note: this will not change how you will receive the tax forms for the current tax season. For example, if an associate logs in on January 30, 2021 to change how they want to receive their 2020 tax information, they will not be able to, as KWRI has already processed and distributed the 2020 year tax information. Changing the option will reflect how they receive the information in the next year's tax season.
If a paper copy is needed while the digital option is selected, the quickest solution is to download the PDF copy of the tax information and print it. To request a paper copy be mailed to your address, associates would need to reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
When will I receive my tax forms?
Associates who have selected a digital (paperless) can go online at my.kw.kw.com and download their tax document at their convenience.
Associates who have selected a paper copy will be sent their information via mail, postmarked by January 31 of the current year. From that point, the time the associate receives the information is dependent on the mail system.
What if my mailing address is incorrect?
The address that we use on the Profit Share 1099 is taken from the local KW office that the associate is part of. To update the address on a Profit Share 1099, please contact the MCA at the local KW office. Profit Share paid to entities should have the address updated on their “company record.”
Where can I find my Commission 1099?
You can contact your local KW office for help locating a Commission 1099 form.
