The Contact Timeline in Command shows every major activity related to a client, which can be helpful but also overwhelming, especially for agents who work with a lot of clients. The amount of information can be hard to sort through, making it difficult for agents to quickly understand what's going on with a client. To make this easier, we've created an AI tool that gives agents a simple summary of the most important events in a client's timeline. This helps agents get a clearer picture faster and take action more effectively.
How It Works
The AI Summary tool needs data, to actually generate a summary. A contact must have at least five Timeline Events logged on their Contact Timeline, in the last year, for the AI to generate the first Summary. Timeline Events included in the AI Summary are:
- Notes - this looks at the description of the notes you enter to pull information into the summary.
-
Logged Activities (Email, Text, Calls, Mail, and Meetings) - for each of these activity types, you will be able to enter a description of what actually happened. The more information you add when logging activities, the more data the AI has to pull from.
-
- If you have connected your Gmail account to Command Settings, the emails logged in this way do not affect the AI Summary. You have to click through to Gmail to see the content, so the AI has no data to pull from in the actual Contact Timeline.
-
- Consumer Engagement with your KW Site or App - this pulls from events such as the contact viewing listings, saving listings to Collections, saving searches, etc.
Once the first summary has been generated, the system won't update the summary until five more Timeline Events have been logged for the contact, within 90 days of each other.
Access the AI Summary

If you are on a team and want to use the team side of the Command App, tap your Profile Picture, at the top left of the screen, then ensure your team is selected.
|
2. Tap the Contacts icon, , at the bottom of the screen, then select the lead/contact., then click to access the Timeline tab.
3. You will see the AI Summary, at the top of the Contact Timeline, though you will need to click to open it up. At the top of the summary, you will be able to see when it was last updated.
