Steps to Become KWU Master Faculty
Step 1: Become a KWU Approved Trainer
You must be a current KWU Approved Trainer for at least 1 year before applying.

Step 2: Choose 1–2 KWU Courses to Master
- Identify your KWU teaching niche—your "One Thing."
- Focus on teaching your selected courses frequently and consistently.
- Prioritize multi-MC and regional audiences for broader exposure.

Step 3: Teach for Multi-MC & Regional Audiences
To qualify for Master Faculty, you must:
- Teach live, in-person sessions

Keep in mind:
- Only 25% of evaluations may come from virtual sessions

If you teach BOLD, up to ⅓ of evaluations may be from BOLD classes

Step 4: Collect 300+ Evaluations with a 4.5+ Average
Requirements:
- Gather at least 300 evaluations via KWUeval.com
- 50+ evaluations must be from the past 12 months
- Maintain an average instructor score of 4.5 or higher

Step 5: Secure 5 Nominations from Master Faculty or Regional Leaders
To demonstrate your readiness:

Get 5 nomination forms completed by either:
- Current Master Faculty
- Current Regional Leaders
- Nominators must attend at least 30 minutes of your class

Nominations must be submitted via the official Nomination Form—emails or letters won’t count

Step 6: Apply for Master Faculty
Once all prior steps are completed:
- Submit the KWU Master Faculty Application
- KWU will verify you are in good standing with Keller Williams

Step 7: Pass the In-Person KWU Master Faculty Audition
If your application is approved:
- You’ll be invited to a live, in-person audition typically held at Family Reunion or Mega Agent Camp.
