To highlight our agents on their listings on an unbranded experience, and to highlight the clients agent on a branded experience!
There are two different types of experiences that you will get on KW.com or the KW Consumer App and that is a branded or unbranded experience!
Unbranded Experience
This means that the consumer does not have an agent claimed. **Consumers can still have an account on KW.com as a consumer and still not be associated with an agent until they claim an agent as their agent. When you are looking at KW.com or the KW Consumer App as unbranded you will have the experience below:
- Instead of saying "Your Agent" to the right of the agent pictures and below the listing it will say "Listing Agent".
- Instead of "Ask your Agent" it will say "Contact Agent"
- Click on "Contact Agent" will pop up a contact form. The consumer will fill out the form and then the consumer will be given an option to claim that agent. They can either dismiss or accept this. Accepting connects the agent to the consumer so the agent can send them a personalized experience on KW.com, the app, or the agents site.
Branded Experience
This means that the consumer has an agent claimed and thus will have a different experience while on KW.com and the KW Consumer App:
- The agents picture bubble below the listing will say "your Agent"
- Button to reach agent would say "Ask Your Agent" instead of "Contact Agent"
- Click "Ask your Agent" or "Request a Tour" would go to the claimed agent.
The branded and unbranded experience is only for KW agents
If the listing is provided by an agent outside of KW their will be a "Find an Agent" button with no agent picture. The agents information will appear at the top of the page below the address and this is required.
Contact Form Submission
When a consumer is using the unbranded experience on KW.com or the KW Consumer App and they click "Contact Agent" they will be give a contact form to fill out. The consumer will fill out the form and then the consumer will be given an option to claim that agent; the consumer can either dismiss or accept this. Accepting connects the agent to the consumer so the agent can send them a personalized experience on KW.com, the app, or their agent site.
Once the Contact form is filled out Command will:
- Creates a contact in the Command database for the agent.
- Marks that contact a lead. This will put a L next to their name.
- The message the consumer left for you would appear in their Timeline which is to the right of their contact card when viewing the contact.
- Command, Command App, and email notifications will appear, letting you know you have a new lead to follow up with.
- The lead will appear in the New Leads Widget if it's one of the 30 most recent leads.
This is the flow of the "Contact Agent" form:
1.
2.
3.
**The contact form will include the team logo if the agent is on a team.
Where does this agent data pull from?
The data that is pulled to the consumer-facing websites such as KW.com and the KW app on the branded and unbranded experience comes directly from the agents Marketing Profile within their Settings of Command and the License number coming from the Marketing Profile as well.
Branded Information:

Why is another agent on my Listing?
Whether you are on your agent site, KW.com, or the KW Consumer App, we are always required to show the listing agents information even if they are with another company. This will come in the form of "Listing Courtesy of:". We also have the Branded Experience and this is to highlight the consumers KW agent they have claimed even if the listing is not theirs it will show the consumers branded KW Agent, however, the "Listing Courtesy of:" at the top of the page will always be present.
Example of Listing Courtesy and Branded Experience
If the listing is a KW agent listing but you are looking at the branded experience, the KW Agents information will appear at the bottom right in the screenshot.
Example of a Listing Courtesy and Unbranded Experience with a listing from another company
If the listing is provided by an agent at another company and you are not branded to an agent, there would be no agent image and there would be a button to "Find an Agent".
