The KW Marketplace doesn't have a global billing profile. Each time you make a purchase, you enter whichever payment method you want to use for that product and associate it with a billing address. Some of the products in the Marketplace are monthly subscriptions, which you might need to edit the billing information for.
To edit billing information for a subscription in the KW Marketplace:
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. Click the KW Marketplace icon, , at the top of the screen.
3. At the top right of the page, click Profile icon, .
4. On the left side of the page, click Subscriptions.
5. Here you will see a list of your active subscriptions. Find the subscription and click Edit Payment Method.
6. For security purposes, the system will need to send you an email that will include the link to update your payment method.
7. You will get a confirmation that the email was sent, click Ok.
8. Find the email, and click View Payment Information.
9. Here, you can make changes to both the card, and/or the Billing Address. Click Update Card when you are finished.
The subscription will now use the new billing information, on the next billing date.
