KW Connect has a host of different pages on various subjects available to agents. At times, one may potentially encounter an error while exploring through Connect.
These errors each can mean something different which is broken down below along with what actions to take if you encounter them:

403 Forbidden - An error page giving a 403 error number when trying to access the page is an indication that your account does not have the proper access to view the contents. This most commonly occurs with pages that are intended to be viewed by leadership only, though other factors such as the page being specific to a KW membership such as KW Commercial can also trigger this.
If anyone encounters this error for a page they believe they should have access to, please reach out to Tech Support and we can take a deeper look.

404 Not Found - An error page giving a 404 error number is an indication that the page has been taken down or that something about that particular link URL is no longer accurate.
If you run into this when clicking into a page within KW Connect itself, please let Tech Support know the specific link and the page that had the link.

If it continues beyond that point for someone new, please reach out to Tech Support with the name and KWUID of the one experiencing the issue.
This can also occur at times even if that account is all set up due to a caching issue on the browser. Doing a full clear can also help in this instance at times as can simply selecting the circle in the upper right of the page and choosing the login option again.
