If a contact has unsubscribed themselves from your emails through Command Email, there is a way for them to be resubscribed in Command. This requires the contact to give consent to be opted back in to receiving marketing emails sent from your Command account. If you are unsure if a client has unsubscribed, you can reference the Command Email Engagement Report.
To resubscribe your contacts to Command Email:
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. Click the Contacts icon, , the left sidebar.
3. Find the unsubscribed contact and click on their name.
- You can easily identify unsubscribed contacts using the Primary Email Alert filter, and you will also see an unsubscribed icon,
, next to their name. Click here to learn more about identifying unsubscribed contacts.
4. Once in their Contact Record, you will see the the Unsubscribed status under their email address, and you will see the email that caused the status change in the timeline (right side of the page). Click their email address, and select Send Resubscribe Email from the drop-down.
5. Click the checkbox acknowledging that the contact asked to be resubscribed. After that, click Send Resubscribe Email Now.
6. The client will receive a no reply email, like the one shown below, and they will need to click Resubscribe Me, which will take them to a web page where they will need to click the button again to confirm.
After they have resubscribed, you will receive a notification, where you can click to view the contact in question.
